Yes, you can cancel anytime no questions are asked while you cancel but we would highly appreciate if you will give us some feedback.

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

Of course, all data associated with your account (user data, transactions, etc.) will be deleted. Learn more in our terms and conditions.

What happens after 14 days trial?

The trial period expires automatically. You don’t need to pay anything, there is no automatic subscription. Of course, we would be happy if you are satisfied and subscribe. Click here for the plans.

How secure is finban?

Your data is safe with us in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Your data is always stored and transmitted encrypted. It is stored using AWS on European servers in Germany (Frankfurt), so it is kept DSGVO compliant. AWS security experts are constantly working to further enhance security in the cloud. The data centers meet ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and NIST SP 800-53 industry standards for security and reliability.

Who sees my data?

We can’t see your data. Your banking data is hosted securely and encrypted (EBS Encryption) via Amazon Web Service. EBS encrypts your volume with a data key using the industry standard AES-256 algorithm. More information can be found on the Amazon Page.

What types of integrations can I choose for my planning?

Currently you can connect most banks in Europe with finban. We are working on several additional integrations like Sevdesk, Lexoffoce or Moco. Later this year, you will also be able to connect bank accounts in North America to finban.
